KeySolutions Employee Assistance Program has been providing exceptional service for over 15 years to employers, employees and family members.
KeySolutions is designed to assist individuals who may be suffering from personal problems that interfere with a productive life at work or at home. By assisting employees who may be having personal problems, it is possible to return them to a satisfactory job performance level.
Personal problems can reduce an employee's work performance. Fortunately, most of these problems can be solved with effective short-term counseling. The EAP provides up to five counseling sessions per incident with one of our counselors at no cost to the employee.
KeySolutions EAP is CONFIDENTIAL and offers professional guidance in a wide variety of areas that can be tailored to your needs:

Tim has been with KeySolutions EAP for over 10 years. He provides counseling to EAP clients on a wide range of issues. He is able to

Management, Communication, Supervisor Skills.
Brenda Hansen-Mayer joined KeySolutions as an Employee Assistance Professional in March 2007. Brenda is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Chemical Dependency Counselor Trainee (CCDCT). She specializes in chemical dependency, career counseling, pre-marital counseling, and domestic violence and sexual assault cases.
Lori Williamson joined the KeySolutions as an employee assistance professional in May 2007. Lori is a master level therapist (MA) and a chemical dependency trainee (CCDCT). She has worked for over 10 years with adolescents.

Keystone Treatment Center
Keystone Treatment Center is the acclaimed residential and outpatient alcohol, drug and gambling treatment facility for adults, young adults and adolescents. On 30 acres of shaded lawns in South Dakota, we offer an atmosphere of quiet dignity, comfort, rest and meditation - all vitally necessary for the recovering individual.
Keystone Treatment Center is nationally known for offering special treatment tracts for those afflicted with methamphetamine addiction and inhalant abuse, as well as services for dual diagnosis, gambling, cognitive disorders, and opioid dependence. Other specialties include Native American, Christian, Aftercare and Family programs.
The multidisciplinary staff at Keystone Treatment Center includes psychiatrists, medical physicians, a psychologist, certified chemical dependency counselors, full-time certified teachers and Native American counselors and cultural advisors. Our treatment programs are based on the 12-step philosophy of Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, and Gamblers Anonymous. Patient care is individualized, length of stay is flexible, and extended treatment can be arranged as needed. Most medical insurance plans cover all or part of the cost of our programs. Keystone Treatment Center is also eligible for South Dakota state funded patients, Title 19, Indian Health Service funds, and Rule 25 funds in Minnesota.
